Midwest Mold’s expertise in mold and tool building makes us very competitive with rapid prototyping and low volume services. In the case of rapid prototyping, many companies find that low volume tooling can fit their need for sample parts with a more economical solution. For example, instead of getting only three SLA/SLS/3DP parts for $3,000, you may be able to get 100 parts for the same $3,000 investment using low volume tooling. A combination of technology investments, coupled with our employees experiences in short run injection molding, allow us to be competitive. We understand that each customer has different expectations established for his or her program and its our job to listen and suggest the most cost effective and attainable ways of achieving it. Timing, quality, price range, materials, volume, and design are all critical factors that when weighed out to the full extent can determine which is the best choice for you. Questions or comments?
